I stumbled upon this sweet website for a company called FormTroopers. The site's design and flash animation are simple and work well. I like the fact that it doesn't have a cluttered and overdone feeling that other flash websites tend to have.
Check out the portfolio too. The motion graphics projects show off commercials and music videos they've made, and the print section features some nice type dominant pieces.
